Our carpets are very old but after OCD, they're completely spotless and feel brand new. We’ve used OCD for the last two years and the crew has done a fantastic job everytime. The owner Jordan is an expert at fabric and fibers, they set realistic expectations, and are courteous and friendly. Even when we had a random discoloration appear on our natural fiber rug after they cleaned it, they came back, analyzed and explained the issue, re-cleaned the rug at no cost and got the discoloration out. They didn’t cut corners and stood by their work. This is by far the best carpet cleaning business I’ve ever used in the last 30 years. Look no further -just book them!

I am a 20 year homeowner in Irvine, and I just want to say, hands down, this is probably THE BEST home cleaning service I have ever used. Jordan came in on time, was pleasant, polite, and explained everything he was going to do as well as what to expect. I had my tile and grout cleaned and sealed, and it looks BRAND NEW—absolutely gorgeous. I must admit, I decided to try this business because of their name (a genius name for a cleaning company, by the way) but I have to say, they surpassed my expectations. (I tried to use another tile company, but the guy basically ghosted me.) When you sign up with OCD, you will get a confirmation, reminders, and a heads up when their technician is en route. Jordan is a very professional young man- he quoted for two area rugs, came out and did exactly what he said he would do and really made my area rugs look like brand new! Glad to know I've found another trusty vendor for rug and carpet cleaning! I got two 8x10 rugs cleaned (one wool and one synthetic). Jordan came on time and was super polite and quick. I appreciated the fact how detailed his work was. It was satisfying watching him clean the rug too haha (satisfied my OCD too ). I normally get my rug and upholstery cleaned by someone else but our availabilities weren't matching so one of my coworkers referred me to Jordan who owns OCD. I was really hesitant since I liked our usual person and we have 2 dogs and a toddler (the true test for a cleaner!) But WOW was I impressed. Did a Yelp request blast to several places. Jordan was the only one that replied with an actual estimate. We had some scheduling hiccups but it all worked out. My carpets have been abused by dogs for years so he had his work cut out for him, especially being by himself. The carpets came out cleaner than I was expecting. Smelled ten times better and dried surprisingly quickly. Definitely would recommend Jordan and his company.

Review long time coming. These guys are great. VERY prompt with messages, came on time, and did the work. They cleaned my carpets, and large living room rug for $145 and definitely got all the stains out. Once the pandemic does down, and life goes back to normal. We will definitely need our carpets cleaned again, and these guys are the ones I'll hire. I've used a few others and these are the winners for our family.

Jordan was the BEST!! Our carpet was in pretty bad shape, in fact, my wife suggested we should replace it. After Jordan cleaned it, I kid you not, the carpet looks like new! He was VERY careful in protecting walls and furniture and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Jordan did a fantastic job on the carpets in my new home. There were a couple rooms with dark stains. The master bedroom had a huge brown stain which turned out to be pet urine or something, and he totally cleaned it and deodorized it..I didn't even notice it after. The living room had dark areas that totally disappeared with his cleaning. Drying time wasn't bad either. I moved in the very next day and all the carpet was dry and fresh smelling. This is a great company and I highly recommend!
